Thanks for dropping by and for your interest in my company. I feel like my story is just beginning, but here's what's happened so far...
For as far back as I can remember, I have been in l.o.v.e. with stationery and paper products. My first foray into the business world happened when I was a small child of about 7-8 years old. I was the neighborhood salesperson for Olympic Greeting Cards. I remember getting my very first sales packet, which included the catalog filled with product samples. I could look at that catalog for hours. I would find all my favorite products, set a sales goal by choosing my "commission", and then I would hop on my bike and start selling. I enjoyed helping my customers make selections and choose their personalization options. It was a great experience and taught me that with hard work, great customer service and motivation, success was easy to attain.
As I grew older, I became interested in computers and I remember begging my parents to buy me Print Shop Deluxe for our very first home computer. I spent hours creating signs, banners and cards. After a while, the white paper was tiresome, and my Mom was kind enough to order me an assortment of colored computer paper and envelopes. I was in paper heaven and continued to create every chance I could.
Flash forward about 20 years to 2006. With the encouragement of family and friends, I officially started my business. Prior to that I had been designing and printing small amounts of stationery for many years, selling to friends and small businesses. It was time to do it the right way. I obtained a business license and resale certificate, set up accounts with vendors, built a website and the rest is history. I managed the business on a part-time basis until October 2009, when I left my job as a Marketing Executive in Corporate America and dedicated myself to fulfilling my dream.
Most items offered are hand-crafted and professionally printed in-house on a commercial digital printer. Unlike other online stationery companies, our entire process requires a human touch. While this may add a day or two to the production time, our ability to see when a photo needs a bit of retouching or when a color or font selection may not provide the best end result is the kind of service you won't find elsewhere. I want you to be happy with your items and I will take that extra step to ensure your satisfaction on each and every order. Because of the human element of what we do, from time to time mistakes are made, when this occurs, we will gladly offer replacement.
I love what I do. I love my customers. I love collaborating with you to create stationery items that are as unique as your personality. I am truly blessed to be doing what I love and providing for my family at the same time. Most of all, I am thankful to you for supporting my dream with your patronage. It means more to me than I can ever put into words.
love & hugs, Stefanie
